Our Private Home Care “Level 2” service delivers quality in-home care for your loved one needing a higher level of care with health and hygiene assistance or “personal care”. Whether your loved one needs help while recovering from a surgical procedure, or suffers from a debilitating health condition, we can work with you to determine the right type and amount of care necessary.
Private Home Care “Level 2” services might include:
- Medication management
- Health monitoring
- Transfers (chair, bed, shower)
- Personal safety (stand-by assist for fall risk, security)
- Bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing
- Incontinence (bowel/bladder)
- Feeding Assistance (pureed foods, thickeners)
All Level 1 “Companion Care” services are also included at this level
